Cogentus is a company which concentrates on helping Clients solve problems - particularly tough problems.

We help to solve problems that will allow an organisation to do more for less money:

• Program and Portfolio Management - optimise expenditure programmes with reduced budgets.

• Creativity and Innovation - come up with lots and lots of good ideas to produce true breakthrough innovation.

All these probems are tough because they're complex. They may be complex in a technical sense or they may be complex because there are many different stakeholders involved. We are unique in that we have developed proprietary systematic processes, supported by innovative software and backed up by experts that can help in any number of business or engineering problems.

Our name comes from the adjective  co - gent (kojent) meaning clear, logical and convincing. Everything we do is designed to deliver results that are powerfully persuasive and will work on a practical level for all managers. We pay special attention to ensuring the results are very clear and robust.
