She has 20 years experience in the nuclear industry, where she has held Research and Development, Project Management and Programme Office roles. Her strong delivery focus and technical background makes her a key player in programme management teams. Her experience of delivering to both the regulators and customers means that she understands the requirements of the key stakeholders. Paula is also a highly capable consultant and is able to review and optimise programme monitoring and reporting business processes to deliver the programme more effectively.
