Santiago is a specialist in Decision Sciences with a background in international development. He has just completed his MSc at the London School of Economics (LSE) and has outstanding knowledge and practical skills with a wide range of statistical and strategic packages for decision analysis. He also holds an M.A. in International Development from the "Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris" (Sciences Po Paris) and has in-depth knowledge and experience in international aid development. He founded an association that raised funds for humanitarian organizations and, acting as President, he developed its activities for three years providing funds for different projects in Africa, Latin America and Europe. He then joined UNESCO where he worked for five years promoting international research networks to transfer relevant research findings and data to policy-makers. Having studied for his MSc in Decision Sciences he is currently applying MCDA (Multi Criteria Decision Analysis) techniques on a range of initiatives for Cogentus.
