We have taken the idea of Strategy Canvas used for business strategy and translated the same idea to a personal strategy. This extremely innovative idea takes the concept of trying to differentiate individuals. You don't try and improve every aspect of people; only the ones that are going to make a difference.
Combing results for individuals leads to the ability to create high performing teams by combining their personal canvases into a team or organisation’s canvas.

Our Approach
We would work with the HR Department to identify the factors that contribute to the organisation's objectives. Then we would help to create standard canvases for different elements and disciplines within the organisation. Finally, as part of their existing PDP (Personal Development Plans) process, employees will be scored against their expected canvas and the comparison will define what development and training is required.
