Cogentus Data Capture Tool

The Cogentus DCT is our collaboration tool for collecting the evidence to be used in the decision making process. Clearly evidence-based decision making is essential and this tool provides the mechanism to collect data, supporting information and scores remotely before downloading in Promax.

It is web-based that allows collaborative data collection throughout the world and even in different languages.

Applications include vendor or project evaluations or prioritization enabling participants to complate a structured form for subsequent analysis in Promax. It can also be used to conduct surveys for market researh purposes or MOE (Management of Effectiveness).

It is suitable for individual surveys or for an entire enterprise with workflow functionality for the creation and management of surveys.
