We solve problems in both the private, public and non-profit sectors, in the US, UK, Europe and Latin America.  Our company has combined the academic principles of MCDA with real world business requirements and developed software and services to help organisations solve tough problems.

We operate at all levels of an organisation including corporate strategy, programme management and project management.  This covers technical down selection, prioritization of programmes, balance of investments and strategy development.

Our approach is generally based on:

• Proprietary software that enables robust analysis of complex issues with high impact outputs that clearly conveys the impact of decisions.

We consider a problem from the perspective of key stakeholders, who may have different objectives from each other and our process and software give a visualisation of these differences and ensure the solution is robust and defendable.

We also help our clients to capture the data that is needed to support good decisions.  In general, we structure their data collection and their information management using our data capture tool.  Access to the database is simplified in the Data Capture Tool's filtering system which gives automatic tailored reports for specific enquiries at any point in time.  The data can be easily exported to commonly used analytical software (e.g. excel, spss, etc) as well as our own MCDA software.
