Cog 2 Data Capture Module Launched
We have launched the first software module for Promax which covers data capture. This web-based module allows organizations to capture data effectively and efficiently to create their Master Project List or Option Study Data. It includes dynamic routing and approvals for each project or option and is designed primarily for capturing data in a consistent manner to support any subsequent decision making process.
It is great for collating together, in one place and accessible by all, a list of all the projects or options data within the portfolio. Typical data held includes accountabilities, categorisations, costs, schedule and expected benefits. Easy to use queries enable users to view and publish the rolled up data from various perspectives and to export to Excel for further analysis.
