Continuing the DOE Environmental Management Prioritization Effort
We have recently completed two prioritization efforts for the US DOE. One was for EM21 (Waste Processing) and the other for EM23 (D&D). These continued on from work the previous budget year and utilized our facilitation, process, software and analytical skills to help derive a portfolio of projects that offered the best value for the budget allocated.
