Measuring Effectiveness of the mission in Afghanistan
We are currently engaged on a project to determine Measures of Effectiveness of the US DOD in Afghanistan. Working with a behavioural science company we are surveying the population to determine what they value. We are collating the information from multiple stakeholders, often with different values, to create a performance index. Regular monitoring will enable the index to be updated and therefore demonstrate effectiveness of the mission. Our unique expertise in data management and analysis will also help the US DOD reprioritise their programs based on what the stakeholders say they want rather than what they think the stakeholders want.
